We endeavour to dispatch your items within three working days and aim to have it with you within five working days for UK and US orders. EU deliveries may take longer depending on the destination. 

Many of our ebikes are sold on a pre-order basis, sometimes months in advance, so please pay attention to the details of the delivery timeframe when making an order.
